If you are selling your home, we will provide a professional photographer to take pictures of your home and market your home on MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Homes.com, and a number of other social media websites. We will hold open houses and negotiate the highest possible sales price for your home. When purchasing a new home, we offer a MLS Portal that will allow you to search for homes that meet your search criteria such as price range, bedroom and bathroom count, specific areas or zip codes, single or two story, swimming pool or no swimming pool, and minimum lot size. When a new house comes on the market that meets your search criteria, you will automatically be notified via email and able to view pictures of the home online. We have agents with flexible schedules that are able to show homes at your request.
